Our Independence Day celebration draws thousands of viewers from the Capital region of New York State, Southern Vermont, and Berkshire County. For an evening of all-American fun, grab some tickets to the annual 4th of July SteepleCats game, and stick around for the fireworks, which start immediately afterward, at approximately 9:30pm.
6:00 PM- SteepleCats vs. Valley Blue Sox – Joe Wolfe Field
9:00 PM(approx) – North Adams Annual 4th of July Fireworks Display! Fireworks are set off by Joe Wolfe Field, but are visible from numerous locations throughout North Adams.

They’re BACK! the annual summer concert series is back for 2022 and we couldn’t be more excited to see you all again.
This FREE weekly concert series is hosted by the City and made possible by Greylock Federal Credit Union.
Meet us up at Windsor Lake every Wednesday starting at 6:30pm unless otherwise noted.
We will be following whatever State COVID guidelines are in place at the time of each concert.
These concerts combine great music with the beautiful natural backdrop of Windsor Lake, located at the intersection of Kemp Ave. and Bradley Street. Pack a picnic, bring a chair or blanket, and let the sweet sounds of music and water carry you away on a warm summer night.
Parking is free and the bathrooms will be open at the time of these concerts.
Swimming, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing are allowed at the lake. All cancelations will be called by 3PM on the day of the concert. Rain Dates tbd.

We don’t need an ocean to have a beach! Visit North Adams on the16th of July as more than 250,000 pounds of sand, donated by Specialty Minerals and delivered by the City of North Adams, is spread – curb to curb – the entire length of Eagle Street. The family-friendly beach party runs from 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. followed by an adult-oriented fiesta, complete with margaritas served on the beach, from 7:00 -10:00 pm.
Everyone joins in the fun! Thank you to the Eagle Street businesses and First Baptist Church for all your efforts and contributions to making this event such a success!
