MARK YOUR CALENDARS for the 10th annual Holiday Shindy!! This December 10th and 11th,
Pittsfield’s own Shire City Sanctuary will again host one of the most spectacular craft fairs in the
region. For 10 years the Holiday Shindy has featured strikingly accomplished artisans selling
their wares in this majestic setting and this year is no exception. Local favorites like Aubry, Liz
Olney, and Dan Bellow will be featured as well as first time sellers like Tiny Anvil. The Shindy will
Saturday, December 10th from 10AM to 6PM and Sunday, December 11th from 11AM to 4PM.
The Taconic High School Chorus will be performing classic Holiday music on Saturday afternoon
at 1PM. Gift wrapping will be provided by 4H with all proceeds going to the Elizabeth Freeman
Center. An Angel Tree will be on site for the duration of the Shindy. Admission is $3 for the
general public. Children under the age of 12 are free. Admission fees will help fuel the
promotions and use of the lovely Shire City Sanctuary. Check out all our 2016 vendors at
