Event Details

Join us for this twilight event featuring abstract lantern puppets, poetry and sound — all under the nighttime sky.
The Lantern Pop-Up is an opportunity to celebrate this unique moment, as we emerge from a long year of social isolation and pandemic challenges. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the emergence of in-person art making, and create an opportunity for reflection as a community.
Directed by David Lane, the event will feature the work of MCLA Summer Research Institute Fellows, Abby Daggett and Alex Aleksandrov, and an ensemble of players from the MCLA Theatre Program, MCLA Alumni, and North Adams Community.
