You’re invited to the 2017 Gather-In festival at Durant Park in Pittsfield’s historic West Side neighborhood. Free & open to all, the festival features great food, family activities, live music and performance, and much more. Performers include renowned singer-songwriters Reggie and Kim Harris, the dynamic Soul Steps dance group from New Jersey, local favorites The Pittsfield Youth Alive Step Team & Band, motivational speaker Tariq Pinkston, and more! We’ll be raffling off GREAT tickets to the Diana Ross concert at Tanglewood worth almost $600 to help support a youth trip to the National Museum of African-American History and Culture in DC next spring. For kids there will be the wonderful magician Eric Thee Illusionist, face painting, a bounce house, games, a free bike raffle and more fun. Plus The Jahda Martin Classic Basketball Tournament, a free legal clinic, community booths, and oral histories being take with neighborhood elders.
